The women’s fashion retailer Olsen Germany GmbH is to lease around 2,200 sqm in the Marzipanfabrik quarter at Friesenweg 4/ Griegstrasse 75, in Hamburg-Altona. Cushman & Wakefield advised Olsen Germany in the lease process. The owner of the property is HPV Marzipanfabrik GbR, a company that’s controlled by the well-known Hamburg-based family enterprise Hollmann & Partner Vermögensverwaltung (HPV). The new tenant is scheduled to take occupancy of its new space in autumn. Olsen presently has its office at Schnackenburgallee in Bahrenfeld.
