GlobalLogic plans to open a new CE center in Košice. The company wants to develop mobile phone applications in the eastern Slovakian city. The new R&D center is expected to employ 500 IT specialists, writes etrend.sk. The company chose Košice for its universities, and for access to the well-educated labor pool they produce. It will officially unveil its plans for Košice this fall. Etrend writes that the company has already registered its branch in Košice.
