The Walter Herz company will oversee the leasing of a seven-story office building at Warsaw’s National Stadium. The project includes both traditional offices as well as open space components.
The news comes a week after the operator of the National Stadium, PL.2012+, secured the first group of tenants. Lease agreements totaling more than 1,000 sqm of space were signed with Microsoft, Polski Związek Żeglarski, Business Manager Magazine and eBilet Polska. PL.2012+ said another 2,000 sqm has been leased to an undisclosed exhibitions company. The leasing process was relaunched in February.
