Globenet Zrt has taken just over 900 sqm at Váci Corner Offices, the first building of HB Reavis in Budapest. Globenet develops and delivers professional systems primarily for hospitals and clinics and has been a major player in Hungary’s market since the 1990’s. The company will occupy part of the building’s third floor beginning in July.
Ferenc Pittner, Managing Director at Globenet Zrt. said: “We were looking for new, smart and fresh offices and Vaci Corner Offices ticked all the right boxes. We are really excited about taking occupation of the space and continuing to provide our clients with an excellent service for the foreseeable future.”
David M Johnston, Associate, Head of Office Agency at C&W in Budapest warned that “as the year continues and new supply continues to dwindle, new options such as these for tenants such as Globenet will become fewer and far between.”
