The Eiffel Square office building in Budapest has seen another expansion by its client Medicover, a private international medical insurance and clinic. For the third time since moving into the building in 2011, the company has increased the size of its lease, which now extends to nealry 2,000 sqm after this latest 500 sqm deal. The project management of the extension was carried out by ConvergenCE, which is the asset and property manager of the building. The total cost of the fit-out works was HUF 80m.
László Benedek, the Finance Director of Medicover said: “Eiffel Square is perfectly located for our Pest side clinic and the layout and flexibility of Eiffel Square has accommodated the continued expansion of our successful business. We also receive a high standard of service and management from the building owners and ConvergenCE.”
