There is space to develop an additional 150,000 sqm of offices in Bucharest’s Politehnica-Orhideea area, according to Attila Peli, the head of land and development at JLL. The area’s current 70,000 sqm of office space are currently 95 percent occupied, according to a recent JLL report. Peli estimates there is more than 12 acres of available development land in the area, which should produce strong growth over the next three years.
