Zitec signed a lease on another floor at Phoenix Tower in Bucharest. The local software company now occupies 1,750 sqm in the office building. Florentina Greger, the company’s HR manager, said staff increased by more than 50 percent in 2013, and Zitec intends to continue hiring this year, making a bigger workspace necessary. Alexandru Lapusan, Zitec’s executive director, added that the office’s recreational areas encourage employees to think outside the box and stimulate creativity.
