ČSOB to sell four properties

ČSOB bank plans to offload four commercial properties in Prague worth more than CZK 1bn. The sales are part of the bank’s effort to optimize its portfolio of properties and reduce costs as it plans to add another building to its current headquarters in Prague 5-Radlice. The deals are expected to close before the end of this year.

The properties on offer provide approximately 38,000 sqm of gross floor area. They are situated at Kateřinská 40 in Prague 1, Na Pankráci 310 in Prague 4, near the Pražského povstání metro station, Roztylská 1 in Prague 4-Chodov and U Průhonu 56 in Prague 7-Holešovice. The sales will be brokered by Knight Frank and CBRE.
