Immofinanz is considering buying an office building in Bucharest, according to news reports. The company is currently analyzing the office market in the Romanian capital, said Visoianu Sorin, CEO of Immofinanz Romania and Bulgaria. Immofinanz’s real estate portfolio exceeds €10bn. Between 2005 and 2008, the investment fund built up its portfolio on the local market by buying a number of shopping centers and office projects, including Polus Cluj, Pitesti Euromall, S-Park and Victoria Park.
