Comnord Bucharest (COSC), controlled by Sorin Creteanu, won a contract to build 22,000 sqm of office space for the investor Proiect Bucuresti. The project, which will include three office buildings on 7,200 sqm of land in the center of Bucharest, is expected to cost €22.8m. Completion is set for 2016, according to Luminita Popescu, a Proiect Bucuresti representative. Proiect Bucuresti posted RON 15.3m in revenues in 2012. The company was taken over by a group of Romanian investors in 2007.
