John Palmer has been promoted to Industrial Investments Director for Central and Eastern Europe for BNP Paribas Real Estate. He’ll be advising clients from the industrial sector in maximizing business value resulting from their real estate activities.
Palmer has over 18 years of experience in Poland’s commercial real estate market. He was the Head of Valuation in BNP Paribas Real Estate in Poland for the last 2 years and also held numerous Director positions during his career, leading teams responsible for investment, valuation or consulting in many organizations, among others CBRE .
Palmer, whose specific expertise lies in logistics consultancy, investments and valuations, is a member of the European Logistics Group that functions in BNP Paribas Real Estate. He’s also Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
