BZ WBK, BNP Paribas back HB Reavis on Gdański Business Centre

29 May 2014

The Slovak developer HB Reavis secured a €46.8m loan from the consortium of Bank Zachodni WBK and BNP Paribas to refinance Building B, the first of two buildings constructed at its Gdański Business Center in Warsaw. Building B’s first tenant, SNC Lavalin, has already moved in. The developer expects to have Building A, a 16-story, 30,000 sqm highrise, completed by the end of June. KPMG and Provident have already signed up as tenants. Located at the corner of Inflacka and Andersa streets, the scheme includes a total of 47,000 sqm. The project is expected to receive BREEAM certification.

“We’ve decided to cooperate with HB Reavis due to the dynamic growth of the company. We hope we’ll be able to back the developer with its other projects on the Polish market,” said Brendan Long, director of the estate financing at Bank Zachodni WBK.
