Two new tenants have signed lease agreements on a total of 4,420 sqm at Krisztina Palace in Budapest. A large international airline company took 3,149 sqm, where it will launch a regional call center for a staff of 300. The second new tenant is an international accounting company, which signed on for 1,271 sqm and will move into the building this fall. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the lease deals on behalf of the landlord, AIG/Lincoln, representing Union Investment. The 18,000 sqm Krisztina Palace is now more than 60 percent occupied. Tenants include Deutsche Leasing, Granit Agriculture and Johnson & Johnson.
