On behalf of Wilson & Partners, one of the Czech and Slovak Republics’ leading independent law firms, we would like to inform you that Miroslava Truchla and Robert Danis from the firm’s Slovak office recently spoke at a seminar organised by Construction Forum (Stavbne Forum). The event was held on Wednesday, 14 May at the Hotel Apollo in Bratislava and discussed the draft New Construction Act, which should be submitted to approval procedures later this year. Miroslava opened the seminar with a discussion on the main features of the new draft act as compared to the old law, followed by Robert who discussed the positive and negative aspects of the changes.
The event was attended by more than 50 representatives of leading Slovak construction companies, developers, architects and others.
