Allianz Insurance leased approximately 3,500 sqm at Floreasca Park in Bucharest. The company plans to develop a service center over the coming years, and the space will be occupied in stages. Allianz established a division in Bucharest in 2013 and is currently hiring financial and human resource specialists. Floreasca Park offers 37,700 sqm of leasable space in two office buildings. The scheme, completed in Q4 2013, also includes underground parking.
