Liebrecht & Wood Group has stepped out of the property management business in Romania in order to focus on real estate development. The company now has more than 94,000 sqm of commercial space under construction and has delivered 94,200 sqm of office and retail space in the country. Its property management services were offered through the company We Care, but that company has been purchased by two former partners, Dan Colcer and Horia Chioseaua, and will operated under the name Blackwood Property Management.
Liebrecht & wooD Group will continue managing West Park, the location of Fashion House
Bucharest Outlet Centre, with the international and local management team from its Fashion House subsidiary.
