PointPark Properties has reportedly purchased a 22 ha plot of land on the D11 motorway with a capacity of up to 120,000 sqm of new industrial and logistic space. The transaction is expected to be confirmed next week. The plot is located just outside of Prague in Jirny next to an existing logistics park developed by Prologis. The land is being sold by Lettenmayer & Partner.
