Cluj-Napoca has an estimated 119,000 sqm of modern office stock, half of which are class and the other half are class B, according to a market report published by JLL. The Office, developed by NEPI, still has 19,350 sqm of available space, while Liberty Technology Park, developed by the former prime minister of Moldova, Ion Sturza, has 13,400 sqm of available space. Meanwhile, Cluj Business Center, developed by Felinvest, has 8,000 sqm of available office space. Rents range between €12 and €14/sqm/month for class A space and are less than €10/sqm/month for class B. The vacancy rate for class A office space in the city is currently at 10 percent, according to JLL.
