Prologis is pushing for another major acquisition on the outskirts of Prague shortly after previous acquisition in Rudná. Following news about the company’s deal to purchase Rudná Business Park from Heitman, the company is now thought to be pursuing the acquisition of the R6 Logistics Park in Jeneč from Skanska Property. The deal would give Prologis a presence in four locations around the Czech capital.
