The first phase of Skanska’s Green Court Bucharest is 80 percent completed. Construction of the office project’s first building, an investment of €46m, should finish in the fourth quarter, according to Marcin Lapinski, president of Skanska Property Romania. Work started a year ago. Once completed, Green Court will offer 52,000 sqm of leasable space. The first phase is set to add 19,500 sqm of new office space to the capital. Skanska is aiming for LEED Gold certification. Schneider Electric has already signed on for 3,100 sqm. Skanska posted €15.8bn in total revenues for 2012.
