Carrefour Polska, the leading large-scale distribution company has signed a five-year lease agreement which includes: 33,451 sqm of warehouse space, 2,327 sqm of office space and 10,000 sqm of freezer space in Distribution Park Będzin.
Due to the strategic location of Będzin, a good location on the communication tracks of south-western region of Poland and high quality of the facilities offered by Hines, Carrefour decided to remain in Distribution Park Będzin for the next five years. The distribution centre Distribution Park Będzin consists of two built-to-suit (BTS) facilities totaling 45,780 sqm and an inventory of 8,770 sqm building. The facility is located in the the Upper Silesian Industrial Region, on the border of Sosnowiec.
