AFI Europe has begun work on buildings 4 and 5 at AFI Park which are going up next to AFI Palace Cotroceni. AFI completed and fully leased the first office building at the office park, while AFI Park 2, already completed, is 50 percent occupied by Endava.
David Hay, CEO of AFI Europe Romania said these last two buildings in the project will have a lettable area of approximately 30,000 sqm and will be completed in late 2015. By then, he predicts, both buildings should be fully leased.
