Prologis is reportedly finalizing its acquisition of a warehouse portfolio owned by US investment company Heitman, writes the server e15, pointing to unofficial sources. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed and neither of the parties would comment on the news. The deal includes Rudná Business Park outside Prague on D5 motorway with 150,000 sqm of warehouse space, which has been growing gradually since 1997 and another logistic area in Senec at D1 motorway in Slovakia. In Poland Heitman owns the Zeran Park I. logistic complex outside Warsaw. Prologis created a €2.4bn joint venture with investment division of Norwegian central bank, a manager of the state pension fund.
