At the annual CEDES real estate conference, where Wilson & Partners was a Partner, Robert Danis, the Managing Partner of Wilson’s Bratislava office served as the moderator for the opening panel, on the topic, “Will Slovakia join Europe’s investment surge”, where the speakers confirmed that 2013 saw an increase in the number of deals on the market, and agreed that this trend is likely to continue into 2014.
At the Construction Forum Conference, Robert shared the panel with a group of high profile speakers, who together presented a case study on the acquisition of distressed projects and discussed the risks and issues with respect to acquisitions from an insolvent seller.
