Benevo has secured a construction permit for Victoria City Center and plans to start work in May. The scheme includes a shopping mall and a 68,000 sqm office tower. Leasing of the 42,000 sqm shopping mall is being handled by Colliers International while the office leasing has been entrusted to The Advisers/Knight Frank. The entire complex is set for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
