Objectivity Bespoke Software Specialists (OBSS) will expand its space at the West Forum office project in Wrocław by 2,000 sqm. It currently occupies 2,000 sqm. The company will take space in West House 1B, once it’s completed in the third quarter of this year. Knight Frank acted on behalf the landlord, Archicom Group. The 6,000 sqm 1B building, the project’s second phase, is now 70 percent leased. Located on Strzegomska street, West Forum is expected to add nearly 80,000 sqm of new space to the local market in eight office buildings.
