CTP buys Nupaky logistics area outside Prague

22 April 2014

The developer CTP bought Nupaky Logistic Park along the D1 motorway which connects Prague and Brno. The Czech-Irish investment group Kilcullen Capital Partners and the British real estate company Mosaic Property sold the property to CTP for an undisclosed price.

The industrial zone, now renamed CTPark Prague East, offers a capacity for 70,000 sqm of leasable space. The acquisition is part of CTP’s Prague expansion which started in November last year by purchasing Airport Logistic Park. The developer wants to reach 3 million sqm by 2017.
