PSJ Invest has changed the design of the project formerly known as City Epoque, whose developer ECM eventually went bankrupt and was bought out by the investor Aceur Investments. The original scheme in Pankrác-Prague 4 featured two buildings – a 30-story hotel and a V-shaped apartment building. Instead of the highrise hotel, the project’s developer PSJ Invest will be building a 9-story office building called Main Point Pankrác. The new plans have already cleared the EIA process. Main Point Pankrác, designed to meet the criteria for LEED certification, will offer 23,000 sqm of office space. Construction is due to start next year.
