Griffin Group has added the Lubicz business center to its portfolio, having acquired the Krak贸w project from Polonia Property Fund I. The value of the transaction will be kept confidential. Following the completion of a second building in 2009, the project offers 20,130 sqm of commercial space. Keith Greggor, Griffin Group鈥檚 founder and CEO, said the city鈥檚 low vacancy rates made the Krak贸w office sector a natural choice for his company. Colliers International, Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak and MDDP Michalik D艂uska Dziedzic and Partners represented Griffin in the transaction.
