The first phase of the Good Point V warehouse and production park, developed by Real Management, has reached a significant milestone with two of its three buildings receiving occupancy permits. Located in Łubna, this modern industrial complex is expected to be fully completed by Q1 2025.
The Good Point V project will ultimately encompass three buildings with a total warehouse area of 30,000 square meters. As of late July 2024, two of these buildings, Hall 1 and Hall 4, have been granted occupancy permits as part of the first stage of construction.
Hall 1, now operational, is leased by Dr. Irena Eris S.A., one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers. This marks a key achievement for the project, according to Marcin Malka, CEO of Real Management S.A. He highlighted that Good Point V has been meticulously designed to meet the highest standards, catering to the needs of demanding tenants. Malka also emphasized the project’s progress, noting that less than nine months after construction began, modern warehouse and manufacturing spaces are already available to customers.
The Good Point V complex is designed with ESG principles at its core, meeting top-tier quality and safety standards. Real Management S.A. has implemented a Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings, which aligns with the company’s broader ESG strategy. The entire project is being developed in line with sustainable development and green building principles, and is set to receive BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
Strategically located in Łubna, the Good Point V park benefits from excellent connectivity to Warsaw, thanks to its proximity to state road no. 79 and the Góra Kalwaria interchange.
