S Group Holding is scheduled to complete its Green Gate office building next month. At 31,000 sqm, this is reportedly the largest office project that will be delivered in Bucharest this year. The developer has invested approximately €60m into the project. The office building is located near Chirigiu Square, 10 minutes from the capital’s Unirea district. It features a number of green technologies, including a rainwater recycling system, a soundproof facade and vertical gardens. Teamnet International was the first to sign a lease, taking 8,300 sqm. Vladimira Novakova is Green Gate’s managing director.
