Petr Landsinger, Petr Markvart and Martin Kotrbáček have been promoted to the Associate position. Achieving the Associate level represents the first step towards being appointed a Partner in the company.
Petr Landsinger’s position is Senior Property Manager, and he is responsible for managing a real estate portfolio that includes offices, retail and logistic properties. Petr has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2002 and he has worked in property management since 1996.
Petr Markvart is a Senior Consultant in the Office Agency team focusing on Landlord representation services. He joined C&W in 2007. Previously, Petr worked on various marketing and sales positions in the UK. Petr graduated from the Faculty of Art and Design at the University of J.E.Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem.
Martin Kotrbáček (35) works as a Senior Consultant in the Valuation and Advisory team. He joined C&W in 2005, originally as member of the investment team. Martin Kotrbáček graduated from the Charles University in Prague. He became a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 2013.
