PGS Sofa & Co, a furniture manufacturer, bought a 26,000 sqm warehouse in Biharia (Bihor County) for €4.8m. The company plans to expand its production unit from seven work areas to 12. The hall previously belonged to a former Samsung supplier, which filed for bankruptcy in late 2012. The sale was handled by Transylvania Insolvency House.
