The Polish builder Polimex-Mostostal closed the sale of its project on Czarneckiego street in Warsaw, which is still under construction. Molina which acquired the property for PLN 30.75m. The developer is also currently working on its new headquarters, underway on Młynarska street, near Świętokszyska street, where the second metro line will run. Polimex obtained the building permit for the Czarneckiego project in 2011 to carry out. It is modernizing an existing office building. Once completed, the scheme will offer a total of 4,500 sqm of new office space.
