HB Reavis secured the zoning plan for its next office investment in Warsaw, set to go up at the corner of Jana PawÅa II and Chmielna streets. The developer is reportedly in talks with potential partners on the final design for the the 140-meter office tower, which will offer 100,000 sqm of space.
HB Reavis acquired the land in 2011 for PLN 171m. Stanislav Frnka, CEO of HB Reavis Poland, said the company is currently in talk with specialists who will partner the developer on the construction. āWe are also cooperating with Warsaw City Hall, as the project will have a substantial impact on the cityās landscape,ā he adds.
