In the first nine months of the 2013/2014 fiscal year, Immofinanz netted €36.2m in revenues on the Romanian market. Between May 1, 2013 and January 31, 2014, the company brought in €35.9m in rental income. Immofinanz owns nine office buildings totaling more than 200,400 sqm of space. The buildings are 80.6 percent occupied and generate €16.2m in rental income. Immofinanz also owns 147,000 sqm of leasable retail space. Its retail projects are 92.1 percent occupied and generate €4.7m in income. The company’s three projects in the logistics sector, offer 52,000 sqm of space and are 76.9 percent occupied. The generate €0.5m in rental income, according to the company.
