Construction of the Green Gate office building, under development in Bucharest by S Group Holding, should be completed in May. Located near Piata Chirigiu, the building will offer 13,000 sqm of space. About 67 percent of the project has already been leased, as TeamNet will occupy four of the building’s 11 floors. Green Gate, representing an investment of €60m, is the largest project currently underway in the capital. Construction, overseen by Bog’Art, has taken more than 18 months.
