Unidevelopment has raised a total of PLN 200m from a bond issuance this week. The money will help finance its housing investments, including its Kapelanów AKm Kondratowicza, Szczęśliwick and Ochocie projects in Warsaw, as well as its Osiedla Czarnieckiego scheme in Poznań. The developer was targeting institutional investors with its latest bond issuance. The notes are set to be introduced on Poland’s catalyst bond market.
Unidevelopment is a part of Unibep Group, the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s construction group. The company is active in both the country’s housing and office sectors.
