Schneider Electric is in talks to sell its custom sensors and technologies division for reportedly $900m, according to Reuters. The financial daily Les Echos writes that the French company is in exclusive negotiations with PAI Partners and Carlyle Group, but no agreement has been signed yet.
Meanwhile, Schneider Electric recently took 3,100 sqm at Green Court Bucharest, becoming the project’s first tenant. Schneider Electric specializes in electricity distribution. The company is active in more than 100 countries.
