A good crowd of real estate professionals took part in the Drinks Before Home (DBH) event that took place last week in downtown Prague. This edition of DBH was sponsored by PointPark Properties (P3), a specialist investor, developer and asset manager of major warehouse properties. Ian Worboys, Chief Executive Officer of P3, was among attendees, as were many other members of the company’s top management.
P3 provides its customers, investors and stakeholders with a detailed understanding of the warehouse and industrial sector. Its asset base comprises 49 warehouses and a land bank with more than 541,000 sqm for potential development. P3’s team of people is spread across Europe, with offices in Prague, Bratislava, Warsaw, Paris, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg and Bucharest.
DBH is a social business evening periodically organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group. The event is intended for real estate professionals as an opportunity for discussions about market and for making new business connections.
