Market by Numbers: Industrial Bucharest
Demand throughout the country exceeded the one on the Bucharest market and focused mostly on production facilities. Activity throughout the country rose to almost 50,000 sqm in H2, almost 65% of sqm being transacted in Ploiesti followed by Iasi, Timisoara and Pitesti. Overall, demand for industrial space in Romania, in 2013, is situated at approximately 200,000 sq m.
