The developer Ared will launch a residential project with 150 apartments in Timisoara according to its marketing director. The company, owned by businessman Alexander Bercea, is currently seeking planning permission for the project. Ared has completed other residential schemes in Arad and in Oradea where it’s developed and sold 381 apartments but it has plans to expand these projects. Nationwide, its sales figures for apartments rose 6 percent in 2013 compared to 2012.
