Immofinanz is looking for additional investment opportunities in the Czech Republic, with a special focus on office projects. The developer recently completed offices on JindÅiÅ”skĆ” and Jungmannova streets in the Prague city center at a cost of CZK 1.4bn. Immofinanz would like to add a few more projects to its portfolio, its development manager, Philip Gansch, told the server e15. āWe are targeting 15-20,000 sqm projects,ā he said. One of the projects Immofinanz want to buy already has all the necessary permits in place, so construction can start immediately after the transaction is closed. The projects are currently in due diligence, according to Gansch.
