Vodafone signed a lease on 16,000 sqm at Bucharest One, an office tower currently under development by Globalworth Real Estate Investment. Vodafone has an annual turnover of €800m and 3,300 employees on the Romanian market. Bucharest One is going up between Pipera passage and Promenada mall in northern Bucharest. Bog’art is overseeing construction of the 23-story tower. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of next year.
