The Evocasa Selecta residential compound in Bucharest, developed by Adama, is 60 percent sold. The developer said it has netted more than €1m from apartment sales. Prices range from for €85,000 for a two-bedroom unit to €309,000 for a 125 sqm unit with a 150 sqm terrace. Buyers include foreign investors, local entrepreneurs and wealthy businessmen. The €16m investment is located in the Foisorul de Foc district of the Romanian capital.
