The first phase of The Office project, under development in Cluj-Napoca by NEPI and the businessman Ovidiu Sandor, will be delivered in April. The building is currently 40 percent leased to tenants like Deloitte, Lunchbox and Three Pillar. Investors remain confident that the occupancy rate will increase to 75 percent by the time the building opens. Construction on the first phase, an investment of €25m, took 14 months. The building will offer 20,000 sqm. The entire project is set for completion in 2016. It will offer 54,000 sqm of leasable space. The project is going up on the former Somes knitting factory site.
