Panattoni Europe, industrial property market leader, won the Prime Property Prize Łódź for its Panattoni Park Łódź East. The modern distribution complex received recognition not only for the wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution, but also for its impact on the commercial property market in Łódź voivodeship.
Panattoni Park Łódź East was chosen as the project which has the strongest influence on the situation in the commercial property market in Łódź voivodeship among warehousing and logistics facilities. The award was presented on 27 November during the Regional Property Forum in Łódź. The event was organised by PTWP Group, publisher of the portal Propertynews.pl and initiator of the European Economic Congress in Katowice. The winners of the Prime Property Prize Łódź were selected by the readers of Propertynews.pl and members of the Prize Experts’ Forum.
