Panattoni Europe, leader of the industrial property market in Poland, and DSV Group are continuing their cooperation. The global logistics services provider has renewed the lease contract at Panattoni Park Czeladź and additionally leased space at Panattoni Park Gdańsk. Contracts signed account for more than 7,200 sqm.
DSV Road, part of the multinational DSV Group, specialising in logistics solutions as well as road, air and sea freight, is set to stay at Panattoni Park Czeladź. It is one of the developer’s five distribution centres in Upper Silesia, where the tenant occupies more than 5,500 sqm. Notably, the final build-out stage is currently under way at the park to extend it by 12,300 sqm, at the end of which the centre will feature 36,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. Moreover, DSV Road has leased more than 1,660 sqm in a Tricity distribution centre, Panattoni Park Gdańsk.
