Office project Business Garden phase I by SwedeCenter has been nominated for Best Office Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
Phase I of Business Garden Warsaw project was completed at the end of 2012. It is one of three modern business parks to be developed by SwedeCenter under the common Business Garden brand in Poland. In the first stage, two buildings featuring 32,000 square meters of leasable space were commissioned. The opening of a hotel, with conference center and restaurants in the complex complements the business needs of the office tenants.
This award is intended to honor the best office development to have been completed between 1 November 2012 and 30 September 2013 in Poland. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including sophistication of development, commercial success, quality of tenants, road and/or alternative access routes, location and attention to environmental sustainability.
