Colliers International has been nominated for Best Real Estate Agency at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
Colliers International achieved many successes and accomplishments:
1. They opened 5th office in Poland – Gdańsk.
2. Since the beginning of 2012 they have increased number of employees by 28%. Since the beginning of the 2013, 45 people have joined their team.
3. From the beginning of 2012 they have developed 3 new business lines – Office Agency | Landlord Representation, Green Building Certification Services, Development Advisory Services.
4. From Nov 2012 till Sept 2013 they have leased: 136 000 sqm of Office Agency |Tenant & Landlord Representation, 500 000 sqm of Industrial and Logistics Agency and 32 000 sqm of Retail Agency.
The CIJ Awards honors the best real estate organizations active on the Polish real estate market. A minimum of 3 year’s presence on the Polish market is required to qualify for entry. The primary consideration should be recent outstanding accomplishments in the industry and demonstrated successes in the present market climate.
